I WAS REFERRED TO CLAIRE ROBINSON BY ANGLICARE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ASSISTANCE TO PREPARE THE INTERGATION WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. NOT ONLY DID CLAIRE SET UP THE CONNECTION... Read more BUT SHE GAVE ME STEP BY STEP WRITTEN NOTES TO HELP ME WITH THE ACTIVATION IF I FORGOT THE PROCESS NEEDED TO PRINT AND SCAN BUT ALSO BASICS LIKE REPLACING NEW PRINT CARTRIGES. DURING THIS PROCESS, CLAIRE INVESTIGATED A POSSIBLE SCAM ON MY BEHALF AND SEARCHED ON LINE THE HISTORY AND ACTIONS OF THE ENTITY ALLOWING ME TO CONTACT MY BANK. THIS ACTION PROVED VERY POSITIVE AND MY BANK WAS ABLE TO HAVE $400 RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 DAYS. I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE CLAIRE ROBINSON HAVING THE SKILLS I HAVE FORGOTTEN. I use Windows and Android but find her sessions on Apple very interesting and informative as well as the Windows and Android ones. There is just so much out there to try to understand and use. I always come away from her class having learnt something new and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Claire is one of those people who love spreading and sharing her knowledge and helping others. What a delightful lady Claire is and I am sure anyone who she assists would agree.
