I’m an 81 year old woman - was 80 when Claire from Basic Tech first came to my place to help set up my ‘at home’ apps, entailing my being... Read more able to tell Google to turn on or off lights etc. I am also able to manage lights from my iPhone. This means, if I am out and it gets dark, then I am able to turn the lights on from my phone. This is a great security benefit. Claire, went to all the trouble teaching me how to set everything up, but, I must admit, I have forgotten a lot of it. (I am 81 remember). Also, when I’ve had an emergency with my computer or printer. Once again, Basic Tech to the rescue. I must admit, I love technology, but, it even gets way ahead of me, and I am getting lost, which is a pity, but! What else can I expect! 😜🦋 ** May I add. I WAS REFERRED TO CLAIRE ROBINSON BY ANGLICARE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ASSISTANCE TO PREPARE THE INTERGATION WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. NOT ONLY DID CLAIRE SET UP THE CONNECTION... Read more BUT SHE GAVE ME STEP BY STEP WRITTEN NOTES TO HELP ME WITH THE ACTIVATION IF I FORGOT THE PROCESS NEEDED TO PRINT AND SCAN BUT ALSO BASICS LIKE REPLACING NEW PRINT CARTRIGES. DURING THIS PROCESS, CLAIRE INVESTIGATED A POSSIBLE SCAM ON MY BEHALF AND SEARCHED ON LINE THE HISTORY AND ACTIONS OF THE ENTITY ALLOWING ME TO CONTACT MY BANK. THIS ACTION PROVED VERY POSITIVE AND MY BANK WAS ABLE TO HAVE $400 RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 3 DAYS. I AM GRATEFUL TO HAVE CLAIRE ROBINSON HAVING THE SKILLS I HAVE FORGOTTEN. Aged 86, my wife and I recently changed residence. The event resulted in losing long standing email address and phone number. With Claire’s help we have a new email address... Read more phone number and she also assisted with changes within our 2 IPads. Furthermore produced a hard copy of the changes in the form of a nice folder. Feel very comfortable knowing that she is readily available with future guidance is required.

The person on the phone was very helpful and @ 12:30 Claire was at my front door.
